Lifeline: Safety

Without the strength and power of God at work in your life, you're on your own and spiritually naked.  Without the armor of God, you are defenseless against the many schemes of Satan.  He is at work and desires to destroy you (John 10:10).  His ways are crafty and full of deception.  What are his schemes, and how can you stand?

Advance Community Church is in the pre-launch (or pre-birth) phase.  These weeks are packed with personal meetings, community involvement, group training, fundraising, missions work, and worship gatherings.  In May, we are dedicated to experiencing God through prayer.  I have been investigating the Bible, commentaries, quotes of godly examples, and books written by dead guys.  Through it all, God is repeatedly saying, "Without Christ, we all can do nothing!" (John 15:5).
